Parmalat Australia is the country’s number one dairy company. As Parmalat’s digital agency of choice for the past 7 years, we’ve been delighted to contribute to their ongoing success. In 2016, we developed a game-changing corporate website to showcase the depth of the Parmalat business. The site includes a highly intuitive user experience, an immersive visual identity with large images and full screen videos, as well as enriched content.

In the same year, we created an online portal for the massive network of 750 farms across Australia that supply milk to Parmalat. This sophisticated yet easy-to-navigate site offers farmers a one-stop-shop and close to real-time access to vital information such as payment amounts, performance results (benchmarked against others in the local area), company updates and market news. Importantly, our automated farmers’ portal replaced Parmalat’s out-of-date and cumbersome systems. It has also made business for farmers far easier, faster and more enjoyable.

In 2017, we worked with Parmalat on yet another industry-first project, this time a web ordering portal for customers. All of its customers were making orders through the Parmalat service centre using phone, email or fax. These orders then had to be manually keyed into the back-end system, making the overall process labour inefficient and costly. Parmalat knew its customer ordering process had to change. We came up with a portal that allows customers the option to make new milk orders online. Now in its 6 year and over 40,000 orders per month, the portal presents a simple, make-life-easy solution. Also compatible with tablets and phone, it includes a favourites list, search facility, order history and a Parmalat latest news page. By offering a self-service functionality to customers, the portal has freed up the Parmalat service centre to focus more on value-add support.
